Stylish Sexy - Sexy Batik Sundress by Nicky Ree

Taking a cue from the famous Sex and the City stylist Patricia Field who raided the collections of designers' previous seasons to create the unique styles of the characters, I delved into the recesses of inventory for this gem!
I remember during my first week in SL®, being thrilled when I found this chic sundress by Nicky Ree. Comprised of a halter top, system skirt and glitch pants, this stunning sheath hugs the curves. I adore the crisp graphic print, bold and confident. As with all system skirts and AOs, the pattern does distort with some stands, but uniquely with this dress, it almost looks like the stretched part looks like part of the pattern! Impeccably made, Nicky Ree proves why she is a top-tier designer!
I topped this bold dress with a classic hat, Beth by Elegance Hats. Morrigan Hyun has updated her previous Whisper Hat with this one. The hat features feathers fringing the rim, with sculptie flowers dotting the base of the crown. It simply is a must-have accessory!
I adorned my wrist with the Greyscale Pastile Hearts Bangle from Fresh Baked Goods (FBG). With a subtle motif of hearts in the dress print, I choose to continue it with the more pronounced heart motif on the bracelet. Featuring a color change menu, which activates with a simple click, finding the perfect blend of the neutral colors was easy! With each click, each individual heart changes different shades from white to black and almost every shade of grey in between, yum!
To bring emphasis to my face, I, of course, used the the wonderful frame of the Beth hat, but also used a splash of color in a brilliant ruby necklace and earrings called Placido from Twinkleberry.
My hair was kept subdued as well, by having it styled by Senorita (without net) by Ingenue. With seamed stocking in black from Battered Boutique and Stiletto Moody Foxy Slingbacks in black (now on sale for 40% off to group members) adding the finishing touches, I am off to a late lunch with the girls!
